An Apple Thief, Three Good Books & a Little Autumn Magic ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ“š

๐ŸŽ Happy Friday, Reader!

Remember that apple crisp I shared last week?

Well, I finally made it, but not before someone in my household ate the apples I'd set aside!

The Great Apple Heist of 2026 has a happy ending, though. The replacement apples survived, the kitchen smelled heavenly, and the finished crisp was absolutely delicious.

Even the apple thief himself approved, declaring, "You can't buy apple crisp like this."

I suppose that means he's forgiven. Maybe. ๐Ÿ˜‚

And there's plenty more waiting for you in this week's Friday Finds!

๐Ÿ“š From My Reading Chair: Three very different stories that stayed with me, featuring Judd Spicer, Rich Marcello, and Daniela Alibrandi.

๐Ÿ‘ Featured Author: Marlene M. Bell takes us from her Texas sheep pasture into the intriguing worlds of mysteries, suspense, and children's fiction.

๐Ÿ Sip & Savor: A refreshing Sparkling Pear & Ginger Fizz that's simple, pretty, and a little different from the usual autumn drinks.

๐ŸŽƒ Featured Find: An adorable pumpkin nightlight with dangling legs and tiny boots, perfect for a cozy bookshelf.

And in Let's Chat!

Are you a recipe follower who measures everything carefully, or a kitchen adventurer who likes to experiment?

You can probably guess which one I am!

I'd love to hear your answer in the comments, and maybe discover a few new recipe ideas along the way.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend filled with good books, little pleasures, and something delicious!
